Frenchette Rosemond: “Everyone smiles in the same language”

“Everyone smiles in the same language.”

Children should be exposed to a positive atmosphere. Early Childhood Educators should use every opportunity as a time to teach. With this in mind, children create many of the opportunities throughout the course of the day. Answer questions at their eye level so that they are able to make eye contact and then smile. “You can light up a room just by smiling.”

  1. What a great quote…”Everyone smiles in the same language.” And thank you for your comments. I try to make a point of talking to my children at their level so I can look into their eyes and to make the time to really listen to them. I have to say, the best part of my day is when my children first arrive into class. They always greet me with a hug and a smile and I can’t think of a better way to start the day.
